Welcome to the course page for PSY 217 - Statistical Analysis!

This is course is set up to be fully asynchronous, which means you will be able to work on your schedule.  There will be deadlines throughout the semester to help keep you from falling behind, but you are welcome to finish them before the deadlines!

Assignment Software

As part of this course, you will learn to calculate statistics using various methods in order to help you effectively understand the concepts.  The two primary software packages you will be using are:

Microsoft Excel (NOT Google Sheets).
You have access to this automatically using your Hanover login.

Jamovi
I recommend installing this onto your computer, though you can use the cloud version. You will also need to add the "Learning Statistics with Jamovi" module.
